Designer Plan Content

This designer will not send out an order without the customer first completing and returning to them the required license agreement. Because of this, these plans will not be sent out immediately after ordering.

When you order a Construction Set for a selected house plan, the following documents are included:

Elevations

Drawn at 1/8" to 1/4" = 1′-0" Scale,and Includes:
Material Labels
Floor-to-Floor Heights
Roof Slope Indicators

Floor Plans

Drawn at 1/8" to 1/4" = 1′-0" Scale, and Includes:
Door and Window Sizes
Completely Dimensioned Floor Plan
Room Labels and Interior Room Sizes

Electrical Layouts

Building Section Markers
All Electrical Outlets, Fixtures, and Switching

Foundation or Slab Plan

Drawn at 1/8" to 1/4" = 1′-0" Scale, and Includes:
Floor and Deck Joist Size and Spacing
Rough-in Plumbing Location (if applicable)
Mechanical Equipment Locations (if applicable)
Electrical Locations (if applicable)

Roof Design Plan

Drawn at 1/8" to 1/4" = 1′-0"scale, and Includes:
All Beam and Header Heights and Locations
All Hips, Gables, Ridges and Valleys
Building Section Markers

Building Sections

Drawn at 1/8" to 1/4" = 1′-0" Scale, and Includes:
Floor Joist Size and Spacing
Floor-to-Floor Heights
Non-Typical Plate Heights Indicated

Typical Wall Sections

All plans are designed in accordance with applicable local codes in affect at the time of the creation of the designs. The codes under which the plans were designed are those in force in the designer's local region. The customer is responsible to ensure compliance with local building codes. Local building jurisdictions may require Lateral Analysis or other engineering services. These services are often best handled by those familiar with your local codes and requirements. Only qualified personnel should undertake any revisions. Designer assumes no liability for changes or modifications made by others.

Plan Set Types Available:

Construction Set - Five (5) sets or eight (8) sets of complete plan blueprints; these blueprints include everything listed in Construction Documents

Additional sets of blueprints - $40 each additional set. Must be specified at the time of order. Maximum of (5) additional sets.

Reproducible Set - Purchase of a Reproducible Set does not constitute a license to build the plan more than once. Qualified professionals must undertake any changes made to plans. Designer is not responsible for any changes made to plans by others .

Cad files - Purchase of a Cad file does not constitute a license to build the plan more than once. Qualified professionals must undertake any changes made to plans. Designer is not responsible for changes made to plans by others.
